Life happens. You can reschedule any session with 24 hours notice at no penalty. I ask only that you reschedule within the same week so we keep the momentum.

Yes. You can choose to pay in full ($500) or in 3 monthly payments of $175. Both options are available at checkout on the discovery call booking page.

Yes. Therapy is clinical work with a licensed professional, typically focused on healing the past. Coaching is forward-moving, we use your past as context, but our work is about who you are becoming and the life you are building. Many of my clients do both simultaneously.
