FROM SHRINKING TO SHINING

A Women's Day Retreat

Reclaim your voice. Reconnect with yourself. Rise.

A one-day, small-group, in-person transformational retreat for women ready to stop shrinking, in their bodies, their voices, their lives.

FRISCO, TEXAS · 9:30 AM–5:30 PM · LIMITED TO 16 WOMEN

Group of women engaged in a prayer circle in a cozy, well-lit living room with large windows, cushions, and shelves with various decorative items.

THE RETREAT

You were never meant
to play small.

This is a one-day immersive retreat for women who are ready to stop shrinking, in their relationships, their voice, their dreams. Through somatic movement, deep-circle sharing, journaling, and nourishing community, you'll leave with more clarity, more courage, and more of you.

“The most radical thing a woman can do is take up space and believe she deserves to.

Small group. Safe space. Big shifts. This isn't a lecture or a workshop, it's a lived experience. You'll move your body, open your heart, do the inner work, and be held by a circle of women who see you fully.

THE PROMISE

You walk in shrinking.
You walk out shining.

This isn't a personal-development workshop. It's a full-body, full-voice, full-self reset, packed into one intentional day. The shift starts before lunch and keeps unfolding for months.

01.

Reconnect

We find the parts of you that you've abandoned, the unfelt feelings, the unsaid words, the desires you put in a drawer. Slowly. Safely. Together.

02.

Reclaim

We find the parts of you that you've abandoned, the unfelt feelings, the unsaid words, the desires you put in a drawer. Slowly. Safely. Together.

03.

Radiate

You return home embodied, articulate, and unmistakably yourself. Your life doesn't change overnight. But the woman walking through it does.

IS THIS YOU?

This retreat is for the woman who knows
she's meant for more.

  • You're tired of putting everyone else first and losing yourself in the process

  • You feel like you've been playing small, at work, in relationships, or in your own mind

  • You crave a space where you can be fully honest, fully seen, and fully held

  • You're ready to reconnect with your voice, your body, and your purpose

  • You want to be surrounded by women who inspire and challenge you to rise

  • You know a shift is needed and you're ready to take that step

THE EXPERIENCE

One day. A small group.
A real transformation.

No scripts, no PowerPoints, no surface-level breakout rooms. Just deep, embodied work, held with the precision of psychology and the warmth of friendship.

I
9:30 AM · Arrival

The opening circle.

You arrive to warm tea, slow music, and a room that already feels like an exhale. We begin with one invitation: tell us one thing you have not said out loud in years. The room shifts before the morning is over.

II
11:00 AM · Late Morning

Mapping the shrinking.

Where does it live in your body? When did it start? Who taught you to do it? Guided journaling, somatic mapping, and small-group dialogue. You leave with a clear picture of the pattern.

III
1:00 PM · Communal Lunch

A long, slow shared meal.

Real food. Real conversation. Twelve women who, four hours ago, didn't know each other and now do. The lunch table is where the work softens and the friendships start.

IV
2:30 PM · Afternoon

The voice work.

What have you been not-saying? To whom? Why? We practice the conversations you have been rehearsing alone in the car for years. Out loud, with witnesses, in a body that finally feels safe.

V
4:00 PM · Late Afternoon

Embodiment & integration.

The work becomes a body. Movement, breath, posture. How does shining feel, physically? You learn it in your tissues so you can take it home in your skin, not just your notes.

VI
5:30 PM · Closing

The closing circle.

Golden hour light. Candles lit. Each woman speaks one sentence about what she's leaving behind, and one about what she's taking home. We cry. We laugh. We do not say goodbye easily.

I came across "From Shrinking to Shining" women retreat. I was at a crosspoint and decided to go on a whim. It was one of the best thing I did. Salma empowered us to reframe and be the best version of us. She created a space that allowed us to be vulnerable. The amount of support and love within the room was immaculate. It unlocked my inner critic and allowed me to redirect. I learned a lot from this session and can't wait to see Salma share more of her gift.

I had a wonderful time at your workshop. This was truly a much needed moment to remind me once again what I need to do to continue with my path. I’m still processing everything and I will definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who needs this.

QUESTIONS

Things women actually ask.

ONE LAST THING

You were never too much.

If the woman inside you is asking for this, let her have it.
