You know exactly
what you're capable of.
So why do you keep
stopping yourself?
Coaching for the woman who's tired of knowing she's capable of more, but still finding herself overthinking, people-pleasing, waiting, or holding back when it matters most.
You're not struggling
because you're
incapable.
You already know how to do hard things. You've proven it in your career, in your relationships, and in how consistently you show up for everyone else.
The frustrating part is that you can know exactly what you want, and still find yourself stopping.
“I know exactly what I should do. I just don't do it.”
“Why do I keep stopping myself right when it starts to matter?”
“Why does my confidence disappear the moment I have to be fully seen?”
“I keep waiting until I feel ready — and I never quite feel ready.”
The problem may not be that you need more capability. It may be understanding what keeps interrupting the capability that's already there.
Many patterns.
One deeper pattern.
Procrastination, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt, weak boundaries, fear of rejection and fear of being seen can feel like completely different problems.
But in my coaching work, I look underneath the behavior for a deeper pattern: you stop standing behind what you know, need, want or believe because something else feels safer.
I call that self-abandonment.
abandonment
Different behavior. Different situation. But the deeper pattern may be the same: self-abandonment.
Where does yours show up?
Shrinking doesn't look the same in every woman. In my framework, we look at how it shows up across three interconnected zones: your Root, your Voice and your Shine.
What makes you question yourself.
The fears and beliefs that can make it difficult to trust yourself, choose yourself and stand behind what you want.
- Fear of rejection
- Fear of judgment
- Self-doubt
- Low self-trust
- Lack of confidence
- Fear of disappointing others
- Fear of losing love or belonging
- The “Little Girl” pattern
- Waiting until you feel ready
What keeps you from saying what's true.
The ways you edit, soften or override yourself to avoid conflict, discomfort, rejection or someone else's disappointment.
- People-pleasing
- Difficulty setting boundaries
- Over-explaining
- Staying quiet
- Over-accommodating
- Indecision
- Waiting for permission
- Keeping the peace
- Saying yes when you mean no
- Suppressing what you need
What happens when it's time to be seen.
The patterns that appear when you're asked to take the risk, claim the opportunity, own your achievement or step into something bigger.
- Fear of visibility
- Perfectionism
- Procrastination
- Holding yourself back
- Minimizing your wins
- Shrinking your ambition
- Deflecting recognition
- Fear of taking up space
- Playing small
- Knowing what you want — but not acting
We don't just work on the symptom.
We notice the specific way you're shrinking, understand what that pattern is trying to protect, and practice what it looks like to stay connected to yourself when the old response shows up.
This pattern is expensive,
even when it's invisible.
Shrinking doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like a perfectly successful life that still feels smaller than the one you know you're capable of living.
And the longer the pattern runs, the more it can cost you, in opportunities, relationships, energy, self-trust and time.
Choose the level of support
you need right now.
From a focused breakthrough to six months of deeper transformation, each path gives you private, personalized support.
Breakthrough
For one specific challenge, decision or transition that you want focused support navigating.
Realignment
For the woman who doesn't just want clarity — she wants support changing how she shows up.
Transformation
For the woman who's ready to stop returning to the same patterns and invest in deeper, sustained change.
This isn't a collection of sessions.
It's a progression.
We move from seeing the pattern clearly to practicing a different way of responding in your actual life.
Why six months does
something three can't.
Three months helps you see and interrupt the pattern. Six months gives you more time to practice a different way of showing up until it starts becoming your new normal.
Build the foundation.
Enough time to understand what's happening, interrupt it and begin responding differently.
- Identify your primary shrinking patterns
- Understand what triggers them
- Interrupt automatic responses
- Practice clearer boundaries and choices
- Begin rebuilding self-trust
Make the change stick.
More time to practice your new responses across the situations where your old patterns actually show up.
- Everything built during Realignment
- Practice across more real-life situations
- Work through setbacks when old patterns return
- Strengthen your Voice, boundaries and action
- Turn new choices into a more consistent way of living
Habit-formation research found that automaticity took about 66 days on average, with substantial variation between people and behaviors. The point isn't that transformation happens on day 66, it's that lasting behavioral change requires repetition over time.
Three months builds the foundation.
Six months gives you more runway to practice,
integrate and strengthen the change.
From Root to Voice to Shine.
The work isn't about becoming someone else. It's about building the self-trust, expression and visibility that let more of you show up.
Trust yourself.
Strengthen your ability to listen to yourself, make decisions and stay connected to what you need and want.
Express yourself.
Practice clearer boundaries, honest communication and saying what is true without automatically shrinking to keep others comfortable.
Let yourself be seen.
Own your strengths, desires, ambition and success without minimizing yourself or deflecting recognition.
Who this is for,
and who it isn't.
You already know what happens
when nothing changes.
What could six months of choosing differently change?
You don't need to know which coaching path you need yet. Book a complimentary clarity call and we'll talk about where you are, what you want to change and what level of support makes the most sense.

QUESTIONS
Before you apply.
-
Breakthrough is best if you have one specific challenge, decision, transition, or pattern you want focused support around. It includes 3 private sessions over 1 month.
Realignment is for deeper work. Over 3 months and 6 private sessions, we identify your shrinking patterns, understand what keeps you stuck, and begin changing how you respond in real life.
Transformation is my signature 6-month coaching experience. With 12 private sessions and ongoing support, we have more time to practice, integrate, recalibrate, and strengthen the changes you're making.
If you're unsure, you can book a free clarity call and we'll determine which path best fits where you are right now.
-
Every session is personalized to what you're navigating.
We'll look at the patterns underneath what is happening — whether that's overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, fear of rejection, self-doubt, procrastination, fear of visibility, or another way you may be holding yourself back.
But we don't stop at awareness. We'll turn what you uncover into practical decisions, experiments, boundaries, conversations, and actions you can practice in your actual life.
-
It's a framework I use to help you recognize where and how you tend to shrink across three areas: Root, Voice, and Shine.
It helps us identify patterns such as self-doubt, fear of rejection, people-pleasing, weak boundaries, overthinking, perfectionism, procrastination, or fear of being fully seen.
The goal isn't to put you in a box. It's to give us a clearer starting point for the work we do together.
-
Because recognizing a pattern and changing how you respond to it are two different things.
A breakthrough can create clarity. Three months gives us time to build a strong foundation. Six months gives us more runway to practice new responses across different situations, work through setbacks, recalibrate, and strengthen what you're learning.
That's why Transformation is my signature and recommended coaching path for women who want deeper, sustained change.

Breakthrough: 3 private 1:1 sessions over 1 month.
Realignment: 6 private 1:1 sessions over 3 months.
Transformation: 12 private 1:1 sessions over 6 months.
Realignment and Transformation are designed around approximately two sessions per month, giving you time between sessions to practice and apply what we're working on.
-
Yes. Realignment and Transformation include weekday voice-note support, so you're not left trying to apply everything alone between sessions.
You can use this support when something comes up in real life — a difficult conversation, a boundary, a decision, a moment of self-doubt, or an opportunity to practice showing up differently.
Breakthrough is intentionally more focused and does not include the same level of ongoing between-session support.
-
Yes.
Breakthrough: $600 one-time investment.
Realignment: $1,050 total, or $350/month for 3 months.
Transformation: $1,800 total, or $300/month for 6 months.
Available payment options will be shown at checkout.

Because I want the structure of the offers to reward deeper commitment.
Breakthrough is concentrated, short-term support for one specific focus. Realignment gives us three months to go deeper, while Transformation gives us six months to work together at the lowest monthly and per-session investment.
The longer paths aren't simply “more sessions.” They give us more time to work with what happens between the breakthroughs, when you're actually practicing the change in your life.
-
Yes. If we reach the end of your coaching path and you feel there is more work you'd like to continue, we can discuss moving into a longer engagement.

No. Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Our work is focused on increasing awareness, strengthening self-trust, changing patterns, making intentional decisions, practicing new behaviors, and taking action toward the way you want to live and show up.
If you need clinical mental health support, therapy or another licensed healthcare service may be more appropriate.
-
That's completely okay, and common.
You may already understand why certain patterns exist and still notice yourself repeating them.
Our coaching work can focus on what happens next: how you translate awareness into boundaries, decisions, conversations, actions, and a different way of showing up in your everyday life.
-
No. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin.
If you're entering Realignment or Transformation, identifying your shrinking patterns becomes part of our work together. The quiz can simply give you an initial glimpse into where those patterns may be showing up.
-
Six months isn't a finish line where your growth suddenly stops.
At the end of your Transformation experience, we'll review your progress, what has changed, what you're still working through, and what support, if any, makes sense next.
If you'd like to continue working together, we can discuss the next coaching arrangement based on where you are then.
