Before we begin, you'll receive a coaching agreement outlining key terms such as confidentiality, boundaries, session length, cancellation policies, and mutual responsibilities. This ensures a clear, respectful, and professional partnership from day one.

Sessions can be booked directly through the website. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without notice may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed.

Absolutely! You can book a 30-minute or 60-minute one-on-one coaching call if you’re looking for a quick breakthrough, clarity on a specific challenge, or want to experience coaching before committing to a package. These single sessions are fully tailored to your needs and can be booked anytime.

Yes! I offer 3-session, 6-session, and 12-session coaching packages, each designed to give you consistency, accountability, and deeper transformation. These packages come at a discounted rate compared to booking single sessions. After purchase, you’ll receive a code that lets you easily schedule your sessions in advance.

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a unique booking code. To schedule your sessions:

• Choose the appointment type that corresponds to your package.
